Kagawad ng Pagsisiyasat sa Kustodiya (CHO3) - Posisyon 1846 & MN08 – Pangkat ng Pagsisiyasat

Ang iskedyul ng trabaho para sa posisyong ito ay Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM. Ang oras ng pagtatrabaho ay nakadepende sa pangangailangan ng unit at nasa desisyon ng supervisor ng unit. Kung kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho ka sa alternatibong iskedyul, mangyaring maging maingat dahil ang posisyong ito ay maaaring hindi makasunod dito. *Ang posisyong ito ay Exempt sa Overtime. Para sa mga katanungan, mangyaring makipag-ugnayan sa Human Resource Office.

Ayon sa Seksyon 2 Supplemental DOC Artikulo 4.7 ng Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) para sa taong 2025-2027, ang pagbubukas na ito ay para lamang sa mga kandidato ng internal transfer.

Correctional Hearings Officer 3 (CHO3) - Position 1846 & MN08
Employee and Organizational Support Division – Hearings Unit
Tacoma, WA | Everett, WA
These positions are eligible to telework but will require frequent travel throughout the region to conduct hearings at assigned docket locations.
The Employee and Organizational Support Division has two (2) permanent, full-time Correctional Hearings Officer 3 (CHO3) openings available.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work hours are determined by unit needs and are at the discretion of the unit supervisor. If you are currently working an alternate work schedule, please be aware that this position may not be able to honor that schedule. *This position is Overtime Exempt. Qualifications
In accordance with WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), this job opening is available to internal transfer candidates ONLY.
Employees who meet the following criteria may apply:
- You are requesting a transfer under Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the WFSE CBA.
- You are a permanent DOC employee.
- You currently hold permanent status in the job class being recruited for in this job posting.
- You are currently in a position represented by WFSE.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized with the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) with 3 years of experience conducting hearings; presenting cases in court or hearings, mediation, dispute resolution, or restorative justice practices; or
- Associates Degree with 5 years of experience conducting hearings; presenting cases in Court or hearings, mediation, dispute resolution, or restorative justice practices or;
- 7 years of experience conducting hearings; presenting cases in court or hearings, mediation, dispute resolution, or restorative justice practices.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must become a Notary Public within 90-days and maintain Notary status throughout employment.
