Cap Reached for Second Allocat
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has received sufficient petitions to reach the cap for an additional 27,736 H-2B visas allocated for returning workers under the fiscal year 2026 supplemental cap temporary final rule (TFR). The allocation period covers April 1 through April 30, 2026. Petitions must be submitted by April 21, 2026.
